Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The ACC is a five member committee that examines, investigates and recommends action to the Board in cases involving property condition or modification, in accordance with the provisions provided in the neighborhood covenants. 
If you have a project that requires the involvement of the ACC, please click on the Modification Request Form below, complete and return it to any of the Board members. The ACC meets regularly monthly and new proposals are addressed at that time.
