Covenant Revisions
Last year the Board engaged a law firm and has been pursuing the revision of our neighborhood covenants. Many of our current provisions are not effective or out-dated and non-applicable. Our goal is to have updated covenants that will better protect our property values and the attractiveness of our neighborhood. 

Neighborhood Pavillion
We are still saving in the long-term fund for the purpose of constructing a neighborhood pavillion in the common area near the farm house.
