The Association Fee is $125 annually, due July 1st, past due after July 31st.
Payments received after July 31st will be charged a $25 Late Fee
Membership in the Association is mandatory. There is no initiation fee.
The Association does not provide any amenities.
The Association Fee covers maintenance of the common areas and front entrance.
The Association has an Architectural Control Committee, and any changes to the color or appearance of the structure or changes to the landscaping of your property requires an ACC Request Form and written acceptance of the ACC prior to such action.
The Association does not have any current or pending assessments.
The Association does not have any limits on how many lots can be rental property.
It is not necessary for the homeowner to acquire a Closing Letter for the sale of their home. The closing law firm will request this directly from CVHA. Verbal Statement of Account is provided free of charge
